I found the food quite delicious, and i liked all the pools and the aqua park a lot. the variety of drinks was amazing! the staff was friendly to my needs. I had a really great stay. the room was very super clean and cozy.

sometimes, service at peak hours felt a little slower than i'd hoped.

i noticed that some public toilets near the central bar had uneven seats. the doors didn't close properly. i believe better hardware would improve the experience.

Our family suite included two rooms, offering ample space with a king-size bed in one and two single beds in the other. A nice balcony provided views towards the pool and lazy river, i was amazed.

Pools and the aqua park were great. The kids really enjoyed them. We managed to find sun loungers quite easily, even at 9:30 a.m.. The presence of both a pirate ship and a lazy river was a nice detail.

the restaurant staff was very nice. there are multiple water fridges stocked with half-liter bottles, easy to grab. the gym has sufficient equipment and is open 24/7. the golf course is nine holes, fun.

the hotel shop asks guests to haggle for snacks, which i found odd.
